Our Founder

Registered Architect - California Architects Board

Bachelor of Architecture, University of Southern California

Nathan is a licensed architect with over 15 years of experience in project management, owner's representation, and innovative design solutions. A University of Southern California graduate, Nathan also studied film production and designed a rural school in Thailand during his travels abroad in Asia.

Nathan has worked with top architecture firms in Los Angeles, San Jose, and San Francisco. He transitioned to project management by joining the Campbell Union High School District and managed their $312 million school bond program, overseeing 250+ projects. He then worked alongside Google, where he led preconstruction efforts for over 200 Silicon Valley properties, meeting rigorous project schedules and delivering high-end executive spaces.

Outside of work, Nathan enjoys playing basketball, trail running, sketching, winemaking, and Disneyland vacations with his wife and three children.

Our Story

After years of successfully leading large-scale projects for renowned architecture firms, school districts, and tech giants like Google, Nathan Thome realized that the traditional, limited owner relationship with architects and contractors was not enough. Projects were still being left behind or would inevitably end in multiple change orders and conflict. In 2024, Pageturn Projects was created to redefine the owner's role in a project, prioritize project goals, and build cohesive teams that do their best work.
